Who are we?
We are a dynamic group of researchers with broad expertise across public sector reform, especially public service modernization. We have vast experience researching on the effects of public service innovation, such as efficiency, costs, service quality, citizen satisfaction, user participation and price.
We also research on economic policy more generally, particularly across Europe, Latin America and the OECD countries. We actively participate in EU and international research projects, including FP5, FP6 and FP7, as leaders and team members.
